He began his professional career with the Finanziaria Internazionale Group in 1992, where from 2000 he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Finanziaria Internazionale, and has also been a member of the Board of Directors since 2009. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Finint Investments SGR since 2004. He also holds the position of Director in various companies of the Finanziaria Internazionale Group such as SIPI Investimenti, Securitisation Services, Abbacus Commerciale Finanziaria and Progetto 1. In 2006, he joined the Board of Directors of SAVE S.p.A, a company that manages the Marco Polo Airport of Venice and in 2010 he was appointed director of Idroesse Infrastrutture. He graduated in Economics and Business at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

He began his professional career at the Finanziaria Internazionale Group in 2000. He has 10 years of experience in the structuring of securitisation transactions and structured finance in favour of Italian financial and corporate institutions. Since 2005, he has been responsible for the principal finance activities at Finanziaria Internazionale Securitisation Group. He has been collaborating with Finanziaria Internazionale Investments SGR since 2006 and in January 2009 he took over the role of Chief Investment Officer – Securities Investments Area. He graduated with honours in Economics and Business at the State University of Trieste.

From 1998 to 1999, he was Manager of Planning, Analysis and Evaluation at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore. From 1999 to 2000, he was Financial Manager of Fininvest. He joined the Finanziaria Internazionale Group in 2000 as Manager of the Corporate Finance Division and then Finint Investments SGR in 2008 as Chief Investment Officer – Real Estate Investment Area. He graduated in Economics and Business at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

In Finanziaria Internazionale Investments SGR since 2005, he has dealt with the structuring and management of real estate investment funds, on behalf of international merchant banks and insurance companies.
He has more than 15 years experience in the real estate investments, with a huge track record in the hotel sector and in the renewable energy market.
Since 2017 he has been CEO of a real estate company specializing in the construction and sale of residential properties in Milan.
He holds a degree graduated in Banking Economics from the University of Udine.

He began his professional career in 1997 in the field of auditing, first with Ernst & Young, and then with KPMG. In 2001 he joined Gruppo Finanziaria Internazionale as Director in the Corporate Finance area, until 2008. From 2009 to 2013 he was CFO for some leading industrial companies, and from 2013 to 2018 Investment Manager of Venetwork. He has been collaborating with Finint Investments Società di Gestione del Risparmio S.p.A. since the beginning of 2019, with the role of Investment Director Multistrategy Funds. He graduated in Business Administration from Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

He started his professional career in 1997 in Operations and Supply Chain area in Pirelli and HP.
He hold a MBA From INSEAD in 2001. He worked in consultancy for 6 years (Ban & Co., AlixPartners) and for over 13 years in private equity and private debt (3i, H.I.G., Muzinich).
Mr Panizza joined Finint Investments SGR in September 2021 as Executive Director – Head of Private Equity.
He studied Management Engineering at Politecnico in Milan and at ICAI in Madrid.

Graduating in corporate finance at the Luigi Bocconi University in 2002, he began his career as a business consultant at the Netpartnering Italia company before entering Deutsche Bank Italia Milano in the Division of Private and Business Clients as a relationship manager. He joined Finint Investments in 2005 as portfolio manager. He currently holds the position of Head of Equity Investments.

With more than twenty years of experience, he is Head Sales of Finint Investments SGR from 2022. Previously he covered the role of Sales Director for institutional and whosale clients at Ninety One and Investec Asset Management from 2017 to 2021. He was Head of Institutional Sales for Italy and Ticino at Capital Strategies Partners from 2014 to 2019 and Head of Marketing and Sales at Anthilia from 2009 to 2014.
From 2007 to 2009 he was Sales Manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He started his career in Alliance Bank Bernstein and Eurizon Capital.
He studied Banking Sciences at Cattolica University in Milan. He is Financial Analyst.

She has 15 years of experience in consulting and then in private debt as a fund manager; she contributed to the set-up, structuring and development of this division in Finint Investments since the dawn of this market in 2014, carrying out over 100 transactions for a total of more than € 400 million in investments. In recent years she was dedicated to business development and the consolidation of the ESG vertical of the asset classes under management. Over the years she has developed an important network of relationships with institutional investors, companies and professionals. She graduated in Business Administration at Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
